Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fee

The fee depends on the consultation you choose: ₹2,000.00 (INR) for 15 minutes or ₹3,500.00 (INR) for 30 minutes. It covers review of your submission and one video consultation of the chosen length. Refunds are for the amount you paid.

If you cancel before your case is reviewed

You can cancel from your patient portal while your case is waiting for review. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

If your case is not suitable for online consultation

If the surgeon decides, before your consultation, that your case is not suitable for online consultation, you will receive a full refund.

If the surgeon needs to cancel or rearrange

You will be offered a new time or, if you prefer, a full refund.

Changing your appointment

To change your appointment time, send a message through your patient portal at least 24 hours before it. The surgeon will offer another available time.

Missed appointments

If you cannot join at your appointment time, send a message through your patient portal as soon as possible. The surgeon will try to offer another time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent by UPI to the account that made the payment, as soon as practicable once the refund is agreed. A refund record is shown in your patient portal.
