How It Works
Your information and reports are submitted securely through TheSurgeon.in. The consultation itself takes place by Zoom or WhatsApp, arranged personally by the surgeon.
Choose your consultation
Choose a 15- or 30-minute consultation and enter your name and WhatsApp number.
Submit your information
Securely submit your symptoms, medical history and investigation reports. The surgeon reviews them to decide whether an online consultation is appropriate and arranges a suitable time.
Attend your consultation
Join the video consultation by Zoom or WhatsApp (15 or 30 minutes). A written summary is provided where clinically appropriate.
Before your consultation
The surgeon reviews your questionnaire and reports. If more information is needed you will be asked through your secure patient portal. If your case is not suitable for online consultation, you will be told and advised on appropriate next steps.
Your consultation
The surgeon arranges a time and sends joining instructions through your patient portal. Consultations are video calls of 15 or 30 minutes (you choose when booking) by Zoom or WhatsApp video. Consultations are not recorded.
After your consultation
Where clinically appropriate, a written summary is prepared and released to your secure patient portal after the surgeon has reviewed and approved it.
We aim to review new submissions within 24 hours of payment or approval. This is a target, not a guarantee; it depends on availability and the nature of your case.
