CHERIAN – the Systematic Registrar

My friend Cheri is a very efficient medical registrar in that he reviews patients with ease quickly and thoroughly. Being a surgical registrar myself, I have often wondered whether there were some simple systematic way of reviewing patients i.e when on call or on ward rounds. I find the following system adapted in part from the CCrISP® method of evaluation and in part from his name, efficient in its being concise while being thorough at the same time.
